As a professional dancer, I worked for five years on cruise ships. Throughout this time, I experimented with many things pertaining to my sex life, including having sex with curious straight men, fooling around with guests in the sauna, and sniffing poppers with my friends on nights off.

From corsets to latex to harnesses and fishnet, kink fashion has evolved in many ways over the years and touched the mainstream in pop music videos, at music festivals, worn by influencers, on runways, and in mainstream club fashion.

PROUD & Kinky is going to be doing even more to engage with the alternative queer community in the next 12 months. Shout out to all the folks that attended Merry Fistmas in mid-December. It was a fun and well-attended play party event, and we can’t wait to host more. I’ve seen the future of the kinky queer community.

There is No Rope for Fat Bottoms
Discussions abound lately concerning topics such as - “Rope for Bigger Bottoms” or “Ties for Larger Bodies.” Rope, in its essence, is adaptable, it is versatile, and ingenuitive. Adapting rope for EVERY BODY is a vital and admired skill in rope practitioners, however bigger bodies do not inherently require special ties.
